OTTAWA, Canada -- A 28-year-old Canadian man who trolled the Internet for pubescent girls, chatting with a 13-year-old in Alabama and persuading British twins to strip for him on Web cam, should only have to serve a minimum sentence of 45 days in prison, his attorney argued.
